So schizo-boy and his mom had to be at court yesterday, November 7th. On Tuesday, I had faxed what documentation we had concerning his mindset to his court-appointed lawyer, just so that she could attempt to let the judge in on the fact that when the whole driving without a tag, insurance, etc thing happened, schizo-boy was having a psychotic break.
I can't be sure, but according to what his mom told me, I think that the judge was told.
Still, we are going to paying out the WOOHOO for him YET AGAIN!
Next big day is the 19th of November when we have a the probate guardianship court appearance. Because the judge just happened to arbitrarily pick the Monday of Thanksgiving week, we had to put off our vacation. *sigh*
